With the resurgence in LP and vinyl sales, more and more people are dusting off their old record decks and re-discovering the black stuff. Sales of new LP’s are on the rise and 2nd hand vinyl stores are flourishing, at MCRU we have over 30 years experience of playing vinyl and one thing we know for sure, your records need to be kept clean!

MCRU offer an LP cleaning service for our customers using one of the best vinyl cleaning machines on the market, the Clearaudio Double Matrix Professional. Cleaning both sides of the record at the same time and we use The Right One cleaning fluid. The difference a well cleaned record can make to sound quality should never be under-estimated. It is essential to clean your records regularly.

Simply add the required amount of records to your basket, so if you want to send say 10 LP’s then add quantity 10 to your basket, the shipping charge quoted is to send the LP’s back to you, we recommend sending approx. 10 at a time. Each LP that we clean will be returned in a brand new anti-static record sleeve no extra charge.

We recommend you send your LP’s to us using an on-line parcel delivery portal such as parcelmonkey or interparcel which allows collection of your LP’s by a courier and allows you to insure them if required. Alternatively if you live nearby simply drop off your records and we will clean them within 3-5 days.
